Historic Savannah Foundation, a leading preservation organization committed to protecting Savannah's heritage, is pleased to announce Terri O’Neil as the new director of development. In her new position, O’Neil is responsible for management of all membership-related issues, cultivating new donor relationships and securing sponsorships for fundraising events.

“We are very pleased that Terri has agreed to take on such an important position here at Historic Savannah Foundation,” said Daniel Carey, president and CEO of the Historic Savannah Foundation. “She brings relevant experience and relationships to the job, and we’re delighted to have her on board.”

As CEO and president of Harold Wolfe Co., Inc. and sole owner of T&L Properties, O’Neil managed all sales, marketing, financial and operational responsibilities for both organizations property for the past
15 years.

With a strong background in commercial and retail development, O’Neil is also affiliated with various community organizations, volunteering her time and services. A member of Historic Savannah Foundation, she is also past community liaison for the Historic Neighborhood Council, past president of the Ardsley Park Chatham Crescent Neighborhood Association and past consultant to the Savannah-Chatham Humane Society’s Development Initiatives.

“It’s truly an honor to be part of such a vital non-profit organization,” said O’Neil. “I look forward to strengthening existing relationships and establishing new ones. It is an exciting time to advance HSF’s preservation mission among our community supporters and beyond.”

The Beaufort Regional Chamber of Commerce Visitor & Convention Bureau (VCB) is pleased to announce Christy Brewer as the new marketing & public relations manager. She will be responsible for directing the VCB's marketing efforts as the area's Destination Management Organization and for positioning the Beaufort area as a premier leisure, event and group meeting destination.

Brewer comes to the bureau with a unique combination of marketing and advertising experience, including nearly two years at the Overland Park Visitor & Convention Bureau. Recently relocated to the Beaufort area from Kansas City, MO., Brewer's previous employers include advertising agency Sullivan Higdon & Sink where she was a brand manager on Merial's Large Animal account and CenturyLink. Christy is a graduate from the University of Kansas with a bachelor of science degree in journalism and mass communications.

Bob Moquin, executive director of the VCB, stated Brewer will be instrumental in further advancing the mission of the organization, which is to increase economic development for tourism-related businesses in Beaufort, Port Royal and the Sea Islands. "Christy's strengths in strategic marketing and innovative thinking add additional depth to our team and will help us accomplish even more for the Beaufort area," he said.

"I'm very excited to be part of this team during such an integral time. There are a lot of opportunities to take advantage of in order to grow and strengthen the organization. The Beaufort area is a desirable destination and I'm grateful for the chance to help promote it with our industry partners," Brewer said.

Great Dane Trailers is pleased to announce the addition of Randy Gosson to the Aftermarket Parts Group as National Account Sales Manager. In his new position, he will assume full responsibility for the Great Dane AdvantEDGE national account service and parts program, spearheading the enrollment process and on-going use of the program with fleet customers.

With more than 20 years of industry experience, including working at Trailmobile and Aurora Parts, Gosson brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise with him that will help facilitate the success of the Great Dane AdvantEDGE program.

A graduate of the State University of New York, he and his wife currently reside in the Cincinnati, Ohio area.
