March 25 - Thomas & Hutton Volunteers with Habitat for Humanity’s Women Build

Savannah Business Journal Staff Report

March 25, 2020 - On Saturday, March 14, several of Thomas & Hutton’s female leaders volunteered to build a shed on one of Coastal Empire Habitat for Humanity’s job sites.  This project was part of its internal service program called T&H Helping Hands and an annual event for Habitat for Humanity’s International Women Build Week.

This marked Thomas & Hutton’s third year in volunteering for the annual Women’s Build event created by Habitat’s Women Build program in partnership with Lowe’s that invites women to help families build strength, stability, and independence through housing.

Since 1991, Habitat for Humanity’s Women Build volunteers from all walks of life have come together to build stronger and safer communities. This event provides the opportunity for women to take a proactive step in serving their communities.
