July 16, 2012 – Parker’s, a nationally-recognized leader in convenience store sales across southeast Georgia and South Carolina, recently broke ground on its latest state-of-the-art convenience store in Garden City, Ga.The newest Parker’s store, located at 4219 Augusta Road, will offer discounted gasoline as well as nearly 4,000 square feet of retail space. The store, which will be the company’s 28th location, is expected to open to the public in November 2012.

We hope our latest store will exceed customers’ expectations, delivering competitively priced gas, the products customers want most and our signature attention to detail.”
Parker’s will also offer its 1-Cent Wednesday ‘Fueling the Community’ program at the new Garden City location. On the first Wednesday of every month, Parker’s sets aside one cent of every gallon of gas purchased to donate back to community schools.
The company’s PumpPal program, which offers discounts of up to 10 cents on every gallon of gas purchased, has saved customers nearly $2 million since the program first launched in February of 2011. Today, the PumpPal program has more than 50,000 members throughout Georgia and South Carolina.
Parker’s currently operates 27 convenience stores across the region and plans to open additional locations in Chatham, Liberty, Effingham, Bulloch, Jasper and Beaufort counties.
